Background

Established in 2014, Dolon Limited has rapidly established itself as a go-to strategic market access consultancy that specialises in the value proposition and policy shaping for medicines to treat rare and severe diseases. With a European focus, Dolon's provides support and advice to its multinational biotech, pharma and regenerative medicine client base, wanting to demonstrate value and optimise reimbursement for their pipeline and marketed rare and severe disease medicines.

 

Objectives

Realising the potential and demand for strategic market access consultancy to the biopharma sector, Dolon retained IP Pragmatics (IPP) to support the commercial transition from a collective of individuals to an established European consultancy business operating in the UK and Europe.

 

Approach

For five years, we have worked closely with the Management team and Strategic Advisory Group at Dolon Limited to coordinate and implement the strategic direction of the business. To date, IPP have inputted into systems, processes and policies and helped coordinate operations, personnel, financial management and business development as the company has established its corporate identity and culture.

Based on its understanding of the pharma industry, commercializing service-based opportunities and establishing businesses in the UK and Australia, IPP has leveraged this knowledge to provide hands-on commercialisation and strategy support to Dolon.
